A Marketing Management Postgraduate and a Law Graduate with over 17 years of Experience in Banking, Operations and Compliances of IBC related matters Have worked with reputed Banks like ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Yes Bank Limited.

Ms. Pallavi Sharma

A Company Secretary is on the roll of the LLP as a Manager in Compliance who looks after the compliance with respect to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Companies Act, 2013. With the total experience of 6 years with 3+ years working experience in the field of IBC, she is handling 5 matters of IPE as a Case Head under the professional guidance of all the Partners of the LLP.

Mr. Manjit Rai Ralli

He is an M.Com and CAIIB and has worked with Bank of India as Chief Manager. Having about 40 years of experience in Banking Sector, post-retirement preferred to utilize his experience and joined ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP as Chief Manager (Admin & HR) since January 2018.

Ms. Gitanjali Nagpal

An Advocate by profession. She has an overall experience of 6 years with 4+ years of broad expertise in managing Non-Performing Assets, specializing in Restructuring and Resolution, Secretarial and Legal Compliances related... to IBC Proceedings, assets monetisation & ROC Compliances.

Mr. Prasad Warkar

A legal professional having completed his LLM in Business and Corporate Laws and a post-graduate diploma in Taxation Laws from Pune University. Having registered with Bar Council of Bombay & Goa, post qualification... , having an overall work-experience of more than 2 years, he has worked as a Law Research Associate at NCLT Mumbai, and as an Associate Advocate with a law firm namely DM Legal. He has an experience of working, as a legal counsel making representations before various District & Sessions Courts and before Tribunals in Mumbai, Thane, Andheri, Pune, etc. Currently, he is undergoing the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Manesar during which he has joined the Resolution Team of ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP as a Legal Associate since April 2023 wherein he is working in the corporate insolvency resolution and liquidation process. His expertise encompasses the CIRP and liquidation assignments, compliance with IBBI and IPA regulations, conducting thorough research, and providing strategic advisory for seamless resolution processes.

Mr. Ishant Jain

Mr. Ishant Jain is a Insolvency Professional, having 3+ years’ experience in handling various CIRP and Liquidation processes. Chartered Accountant having 10 years + of experience in financial reporting, Accounting, Advisory Services, Management consulting and Finance transformation. MBA in International Business from Australia. Diploma in IFRS from EY.

Mr. Ansh Kesharwani

He is an aspiring Insolvency professional in Restructuring and Turnaround. He holds a background in integrated law and bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Banking and Insurance. Currently, he is pursuing the industrial training under PGIP offered by IICA and IBBI. He has a proven track record of demonstrating creativity and project management acumen.

Mr. Sachin Juneja

Mr. Sachin Juneja is a qualified Cost Accountant having 10+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounts, Auditing & Taxation. He has experience in managing the Accounting, Taxation and Auditing affairs of Many Multi-National Companies and Institutes. Handing Accounts and finance first position at ARCK Group since 2018.

Mr. Aman Arora

Aman is a qualified graduate having 8+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance. He is working with ARCK since last two years as Assistant Manager – Accounts Department. He has good experience in GST and TDS returns filing as well as handling direct and indirect taxation matters.

Ms. Lalita

Ms. Lalita is an MBA Graduate, working with ARCK since 2018, She looks after the Admin & HR Department. In her role, she manages event and meeting coordination, administrative tasks, and HR functions. Additionally, she has extensive experience in front office operations and client communications.

Mr. Rajendra Bhatt

Mr. Rajendra Bhatt brings over 12+ years of extensive experience working with NBFC’s, where he has successfully managed sales and marketing across multiple states. At ARCK Group, he holds an administrative position, overseeing custody and control functions. His diverse expertise in sales, marketing, and administrative management positions him as an asset to the organization.
